Video of Rich Baraniuk's presentation about Connexions to the TED 2006 conference in Monterey, California, on February 23, 2006. Rich speaks of a giant vision that has become a reality: To create a free global online education system that allows educators to rapidly create online courses that can be shared with students all over the world.
