Updated the "Editing Interface" section. Moved MathML and CNXML information under "Authoring Content" section.

Added new section "Viewing and Finding Content" with new modules. Updated Featured Links to point at existing /help pages, instead of pointing to old sites and roadmap.

Remove "Suggested Edits" module.  
Updated links on "Derived Copy" module as I did for the module outside of collection context (i.e., I (1) removed link to "Suggested Edits" module, (2) changed cnx.rice.edu to cnx.org, and (3) linked to the 3.0 version of CC-BY instead of 1.0).
