Become a participant in the OER movement! Learn about open content and open education, licensing of open content, and the benefits of making and using OER. Using real-life examples from OER Commons, you'll learn about adapting and remixing content to meet your needs. By the end of this course, you will be able to locate materials you can use in your teaching and learning as well as share some of your own. The "How Tos" of OER Commons is a set of learning modules evolving out of the development of OER Commons (http://www.oercommons.org), a teaching and learning network for free-to-use educational materials from around the world, created and licensed by the Institute for the Study of Knowledge Management in Education (ISKME). Course contributors are Lisa Petrides, Amee Godwin, and Cynthia Jimes, and online learning consultant, Patricia Delich. These modules capture the broad array of activities conducted by vertically integrated research groups comprised of member of the Mathematics, Statistics, and Computational and Applied Mathematics departments at Rice University and supported by a VIGRE (Vertically Integrated Grants for Research and Education in the Mathematical Sciences) award from the National Science Foundation. VIGRE working groups are known as PFUGs. Pronounced like "fugue," the acronym derives from the groups' composition of Postdocs, Faculty, Undergraduates and Graduate students. The name derives from the musical meaning for fugue, "an idea that is introduced by one voice and developed by others."

we analysis the channel capacity of wireless communication systems and to define the Shanon capacity is limitation and this capacity can be improved by using the number of transmitter and receiver antennas and it exploit the advantages and also increased throughoutput, broad range in multipath fading environment and is capable to provide highest data capacity and also established a reliable wireless systems over the multipath fading channel like Rayleigh or additive white Gaussian (AWGN). In our observation , we have to implementation of different capacity i.e. outage and ergotic for different number of multi antenna systems in the terms of channel is known and unknown for transmitter as well as receiver. Furthermore, it takes the advantage of space time coding (STC) and provides coding and diversity gain and also support to MIMO log det formula.
