      Lens makers point to Connexions materials (modules and collections), creating a guide that includes their own comments and descriptive tags about the content.

      Who can create a lens?

      Any individual Connexions member, a community, or a respected organization.

Summary: (Blank Abstract)

There are many techniques that are used to mitigate the degradation due to intersymbol interference (ISI). ISI can be thought of as adding memory by the channel. The techniques at the transmitter include 1,2 while 3,4 control effects of ISI at the receiver. Some of them are:

  1. Precoders
  2. Designing bandlimited modulation signals
  3. Equalizers at the receiver
  4. Maximum likelihood sequence detection
