Spun off any information that didn't have to do with the collection composer (i.e. previewing and publishing collections, or updating collection metadata) into separate modules.

Revamped module to include narrative using screenshots of the new collection composer. Updated a lot of out-of-date instructions/info, and reformatted the valid ones that I left in.

Updated links to images from absolute to relative URLs

Updated screenshots and text to reflect the latest changes to the authoring interface.
