The MSP430F16x Deluxe Development Board

Module by: Patrick Frantz, adrian valenzuela Based on: The MSP430F16x Deluxe Development Board by Patrick Frantz

Summary: This module describes the MSP430F16x Deluxe Development Board.

Overview

This module describes a full-featured development board for the Texas Instruments MSP430F16x series of mixed-signal microprocessors. This hardware system was designed to allow students or engineers to fully excercise and explore the capabilities of the MSP430 microcontroler.

This module is meant to serve as a general technical overview and instruction manual for the development board. The two pictures below show a general block diagram of the development system and a picture of the board that highlights some of the major peripherals.
