<name>Workgroup Contents</name>
<para id="wgcontentspara1">
  A workgroup can contain modules, courses, files, and images. The current
  contents of a workgroup can be seen on the "Contents" tab for the workgroup. 
  The following information is displayed for each item in the workgroup:
	  
  <list id="filemoduleinfo">
	<item>Title - The filename, or if it is module or course, the title.</item>
	<item>ID - The Connexions assigned ID for published modules and courses.</item>
	<item>Size - The size of the item in kilobytes. If the item is published, no size
	    is displayed.</item>
	<item>Modified - The date and time the item was last modified. If the item is new, 
	this column displays the creation date and time.</item>
	<item>State - The current status of the item. There are four possible statuses:
	    <list id="contentstatuslist">
		<item>Created - The item has been created and placed in the workgroup, 
	      but no copy of the item exists in the Content Commons.</item>
		<item>Modified - The item has been checked out and updated, and the 
	       changes have been saved. When you create a new item and make changes to 
	       it, its status changes from "Created" to "Modified".</item>
		<item>Published - The item has been published in the Content Commons and 
	       is now accessible by anyone.</item>
		<item>Checked Out - A copy of the published item was placed in the 
		workgroup for editing purposes.</item>

<name>Copying Items from Workgroup to Workgroup</name>
<para id="movingmodulespara1">
  	To copy an item from one workgroup to another, use the following steps:
 
	<list id="copylist" type="enumerated">
	<item>Select the checkbox next to the title of the item you want to 
           copy and click <code>Copy</code>.</item> 
	<item>Click on the "You are here" breadcrumb bar to locate
          and display the workgroup in which you want to paste the 
          object.</item>
        <item>Click <code>Paste</code>. A copy of the item appears 
          in the workgroup. If you paste an item into the workgroup in 
          which the original item resides, the original item and a copy 
          of the item will appear in the workgroup.</item>
	</list>

Using the <code>Copy</code> button leaves the original item in the original 
workgroup and places a copy of the item in the new workgroup. To move an 
item from one workgroup to another, perform the copy steps but use the 
<code>Cut</code> button instead of the <code>Copy</code> button. With the 
<code>Cut</code> button the orginal item remains in the original workgroup 
until you click <code>Paste</code>. At that moment the item is inserted 
into the new workgroup and the original item is removed from the original 
workgroup.</para>

<name>Removing Items from a Workgroup</name>
<para id="removepara">
      To remove an item from a workgroup, select the checkbox next to the title
      of the item you want to remove and click <code>Remove</code>. The item is
      removed from the workgroup. You can select multiple items from the workgroup
      and remove them in one operation.

<name>Renaming Items in a Workgroup</name>

<para id="renamefilepara">
      To rename an item in a workgroup, use the following steps:
	      
      <list id="renamelist" type="enumerated">
	<item>Select the checkbox next to the title of the item or items you 
        want to rename and click <code>Rename</code>. The "Rename item(s)" 
        screen displays.</item>
	<item>Enter the new name for the item(s) in the "New Name" field.</item>
	<item>Enter the new title for the item(s) in the "New Title" field.</item>
	<item>Click <code>Rename All</code>. The display of items on the 
        "Contents" tab is updated to reflect the changes.</item>
	</list>
