To copy an item from one workgroup to another, use the following steps:
Copy.Paste. A copy of the item appears
in the workgroup. If you paste an item into the workgroup in
which the original item resides, the original item and a copy
of the item will appear in the workgroup.
Using the Copy button leaves the original item in the original
workgroup and places a copy of the item in the new workgroup. To move an
item from one workgroup to another, perform the copy steps but use the
Cut button instead of the Copy button. With the
Cut button the orginal item remains in the original workgroup
until you click Paste. At that moment the item is inserted
into the new workgroup and the original item is removed from the original
workgroup.
To remove an item from a workgroup, select the checkbox next to the title
of the item you want to remove and click Remove. The item is
removed from the workgroup. You can select multiple items from the workgroup
and remove them in one operation.
To rename an item in a workgroup, use the following steps:
Rename. The "Rename item(s)"
screen displays.Rename All. The display of items on the
"Contents" tab is updated to reflect the changes.
