      Lens makers point to Connexions materials (modules and collections), creating a guide that includes their own comments and descriptive tags about the content.

      Who can create a lens?

      Any individual Connexions member, a community, or a respected organization.

When sending packets of information through a channel, does receiving erroneous packet qualifies as a random event?

Answer: Yes.

One cannot predict when exactly a packet of information will be distorted along the channel. Thus randomly, one bit in the information packet may be received wrongly.
