    <para id="para1">Here's a way to use your kinesthetic awareness to promote headache relief:
   
focus your mind like a laser beam on the center of the center of the pain. 

You may then find that this center will move. Follow it; keep the laser beam of your focused attention on the center of the center of the pain. Try to stay stil, quiet and relaxed in the process.

After a few minutes, rest.  Drink water. Repeat as may be helpful.
