DEN is committed to providing the most effective training possible for members and their staff. The “Learning Through Doing” model has been chosen as the three step process because it is easy to understand, helps everyone learn and most importantly, involves implementing the concepts to ensure DEN offices thrive.
Sharing lessons each of our offices learn is the key to our success as a network. This builds the strength quality and innovation which are the foundation of any successful professional practice.
It is recommended each office use this model for any area of the practice where improvement is desired. The results obtained by following this process have been impressive, and promise to yield still greater rewards in the future as lessons learned are shared throughout our network.
