Summary: This module has been designed to take the place of "Theory-Building Activities: Rights," m13758. Students will learn about rights by studying and practicing a framework for justifying rights claims that encourages them to ground them in everyday practice. Students learn the framework whose key components are summarized in the module. Then they are assigned a right claim which they validate and contextualize using the framework. This module is being developed as a part of an NSF-funded project, "Collaborative Development of Ethics Across the Curriculum Resources and Sharing of Best Practices," NSF SES 0551779.
