Assignment Info Content: This section provides logistical information about the sequence of CPR activities and deadlines. Your Action: Consult the CPR Timetable handout distributed in class. It contains more detailed information regarding specific tasks and due dates.

Source Material Content: Instructional materials such as the assignment, a PPT file on poster design, the grading criteria, and CPR handouts are provided to help you. Your Action: Refer to this material in preparing your poster.

Text Entry Content: Your material must be available for peer review. Your Action: Upload a web link to the text box. (Note: The web link will be sent to you via email. Do not upload your PowerPoint poster directly into the text box.)

Calibrations Content: This section is designed to enhance your technical critiquing skills. Your Action: Evaluate three technical posters of varying quality using 16 questions.

Calibration Results Content: This section provides feedback on your technical critiques and allows you to see how your assessments of the posters compare to the instructor’s. Your Action: View the results of the calibration exercise. For cases where your assessment differs substantially from the instructor’s, you are asked to repeat the evaluation using the 16 questions.

Reviews Content: Your technical critiquing skills are refined through thoughtful critiques of your peers’ posters. Your comments will be used to guide the redesign and corrections of their posters. Your Action: You are randomly assigned three peers’ posters. Evaluate their posters using the 16 questions that were used in the Calibrations.

Self-Assessment Content: This section provides an opportunity for you to reflect on your own poster’s strengths and weaknesses. Your Action: Evaluate your poster using the 16 questions.

Results Content: This section presents your peers’ comments on your poster. Your Action : Review the comments from your peers and your instructor as well as your own self- assessment, and then revise your poster.
