<md:abstract>This module provides students an opportunity to practice data sampling techniques. Students will demonstrate the simple random, systematic, stratified, and cluster sampling techniques, and explain the details of each procedure. This lab is based on one originally created by Carol Olmstead.

Note: This module is currently under revision, and its content is subject to change. This module is being prepared as part of a statistics textbook that will be available for the Fall 2008 semester.</md:abstract>
