How to Create a New Template On Word

Open the Word

Format > Styles and Formating…

You’d have to Delete the old style format if want to change from para-type to text-type

Then Create a New Style

This Name Must be PRECISE (any lose or additional character would fail the translation)

Choosing Style type Para-type is what we use for the block elements (anti-p symbol on the left, could be parents for the inlines, generating <text:p>’s in XML), while Character-type is the inlines (lowercase a on the left, generating INDESCENDABLE < text:span>’s in XML)

Please Choose Normal to Avoid Chaos

Distinguish your style appearance then click ‘OK’
