      'My Favorites' is a special kind of lens which you can use to bookmark modules and collections directly in Connexions. 'My Favorites' can only be seen by you, and collections saved in 'My Favorites' can remember the last module you were on. You need a Connexions account to use 'My Favorites'.

      Lenses

      A lens is a custom view of Connexions content. You can think of it as a fancy kind of list that will let you see Connexions through the eyes of organizations and people you trust.

      What is in a lens?

      Lens makers point to Connexions materials (modules and collections), creating a guide that includes their own comments and descriptive tags about the content.

      Who can create a lens?

      Any individual Connexions member, a community, or a respected organization.

TẠO REPORT BẰNG WIZARD

I. Tạo Report:

B1: Tạo Query làm nguồn dữ liệu cho Report (Nếu cần)

B2: Chọn lớp Report-> nhắp

  • Nếu muốn tạo Report dạng Wizard thì chọn Report Wizard->OK
  • Nếu muốn tạo Report dạng nhãn thì chọn Label Wizard -> chọn Table hoặc query làm nguồn dữ liệu cho Report tại mục: Choose the table or query where the object’s data comes from.
  1. Tạo Report dạng Wizard:

B3a: Trong khung Tables/ Queries, chọn Table hoặc query có chứa các Field cần đưa vào Report. Trong khung Available Field, chọn các Field để đưa vào Report, sau đó nhắp

B4a: Chọn các Field làm các cấp phân nhóm, nhắp

2) Tạo Report dạng nhãn:

B3b: Trong khung Label type, chọn loại nhãn (thường chọn 5096)

+ Dimensions: kích thước nhãn

+ Number Across: số nhãn trên một hàng ngang

B4b: Chọn Font chữ, cỡ chữ -> Nhắp

II Xem kết quả Report:

  • Tại cửa sổ CSDL, chọn Report cần xem
  • Nhắp

    : mở Report ở chế độ Print Prewiew (xem trang in)
  • Nhắp

    : mở Report ở chế độ thiết kế

III. Điều chỉnh thiết kế Report: (vào chế độ Design)

1. Chỉnh Font chữ cho đối tượng:

- Nhắp chọn đối tượng (giữ Shift để chọn nhiều đối tượng)

- Nhắp

: Chọn Font chữ, cỡ chữ

2. Thay đổi kích thước đối tượng:

Nhắp chọn đối tượng, đặt chuột tại 1 góc hoặc 1 cạnh của đối tượng, khi chuột có dạng mũi tên 2 đầu thì kéo chuột để thay đổi kích thước.

3. Di chuyển đối tượng:

- Đặt chuột tại góc trên bên trái của đối tượng, khi chuột có dạng bàn tay Γ (bàn tay 1 ngón) thì kéo chuột để di chuyển đối tượng.

- Đặt chuột bên trong đối tượng, khi chuột có dạng (bàn tay 5 ngón) thì kéo chuột để di chuyển tất cả các đối tượng đang chọn.

4. Chỉnh màu cho đối tượng:

- Nhắp chọn đối tượng cần hiệu chỉnh

- Chỉnh màu chữ của dữ liệu bên trong đối tượng, nhắp

- Chọn màu nền cho đối tượng, nhắp

- Chọn kiểu đường viền:
