AKTIWITEIT: Om die moontlikheid van gebeure in die daaglikse lewe te voorspel [LU 5.8]

1. Werk saam met ‘n maat. Besluit of die volgende seker, moontlik of onmoontlik is. Maak net ‘n regmerkie in die toepaslike kolom:

Jy was eintlik besig om die waarskynlikheid dat iets sou gebeur of nie sou gebeur nie, hierbo te skat. Ons kan syfers aan die skatting koppel.

- ‘n Waarskynlikheid van een beteken dat die gebeurtenis beslis sal plaasvind.

- ‘n Waarskynlikheid van nul beteken dat die gebeurtenis nooit sal plaasvind nie.

- Ons kan die waarskynlikheid dat iets sal gebeur, soos volg bepaal:

Leeruitkomste 5:Die leerder is in staat om data te versamel, op te som, voor te stel en krities te ontleed om gevolgtrekkings en voorspellings te maak, en om toevallige variasies te interpreteer en te bepaal.

Assesseringstandaard 5.8: Dit is duidelik wanneer die leerder die verskeidenheid van gebeurtenisse in die daaglikse lewe wat op waarneming gegrond is, vergelyk en hulle op ‘n skaal van ‘onmoontlik’ tot ‘definitief’ plaas.
