Promoción de Asistente de Sub-Director a Director

Summary: El propósito de este manuscrito es reportar como diez individuos sirviendo como sub directores en un distrito escolar situado en la costa del noroeste del país experimentaron y percibieron la entrevista y el proceso de promoción a Director. Los resultados encontrados sugieren que lo sub-directores de estos planteles escolares quienes desarrollaron poder político y social con directores, asistentes de los superintendentes, sindicatos de profesores, sus esfuerzos y creencias en promoverse ellos mismos, y quienes trabajaron directamente con directores tuvieron más oportunidades a ser promovidos al cargo de directores. Por otra parte, aquellos subdirectores quienes no manifestaron las habilidades, conocimientos u otras disposiciones para convertirse en líderes administrativos, pueden ser promovidos debido a sus propias convicciones, apoyo y relaciones con líderes con poder. Este estudio concluye indicando que conocimiento de liderazgo y habilidades no son una garantía en si mismas para ser promovidos al cargo de Director.
