Hvad er en FTP-klient

En FTP-klient, eller et FTP-program, sætter dig i stand til at flytte filer mellem din lokale computer (hvor FTP-klienten kører) og en server, hvor der kører en FTP-server. Det vil sige, at du kan downloade og uploade filer mellem din computer og serveren.

Desuden kan du ændre på fil-tilladelser. Det kan for eksempel være nødvendigt at ændre på, hvem der kan skrive til bestemte filer.

Hvordan konfigureres en FTP-klient?

For at bruge en FTP-klient skal du kende tre oplysninger: serverens adresse (ofte kaldet host address), dit brugernavn til serveren samt dit password til serveren.

Who can create a lens?

Any individual member, a community, or a respected organization.

Tags are descriptors added by lens makers to help label content, attaching a vocabulary that is meaningful in the context of the lens.
