CONTEST IS INTENDED FOR VIEWING AND PLAY IN THE 50 UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ONLY AND SHALL ONLY BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO UNITED STATES LAW. DO NOT ENTER THIS CONTEST IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED IN THE 50 UNITED STATES OR DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA.Entry into this Contest constitutes your acceptance of these Official Rules. CONTEST ENTRY DATES: Contest begins December 12, 2006 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends February 28, 2007 at 11:59 p.m. ET ("Contest Entry Period").WHO MAY ENTER: Open to all legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands), age 13 and over. Employees (and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or those living in the same households, whether or not related) of the Comcast Interactive Media ("Sponsor"), Endemol USA INC ("Endemol"), Ventura Associates, Inc. ("Contest Administrator"), and their respective agents, attorneys, parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, prize suppliers, distributors and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, "Contest Parties") are not eligible to enter or win. An eligible minor must have his/her parent's or legal guardian's permission to enter. By entering the Contest, contestants are bound by and agree to these official rules. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.CONTEST ENTRY/OBJECTIVE: The objective of the Contest is to produce a video of a television program idea. The television program idea can be for a scripted or reality show. Your video can be: 1) a scene from the proposed television program; or 2) a teaser commercial for proposed television program.HOW TO ENTER: During the Contest Entry Period, visit Ziddio.com , follow the instructions provided to complete the registration process (including providing your name, age, address, location at time of entry, and email address) and upload your video ("entry"). Videos must contain scenes and/or trailers and not simply pitch videos. Videos can be in any format, but should not exceed 100 MB in size or exceed 7 minutes. If an entry exceeds 7 minutes, only the first 7 minutes will be considered for judging. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address for the entire Contest. Incomplete entries, including but not limited to those entries that do not address the requirements listed in the Contest Entry/Objective section, will not be eligible for the judging. All entries must be received by February 14, 2007 at 11:59 p.m. ET. For purpose of these Official Rules, "receipt" of an entry occurs when Sponsor's servers record the entry information resulting from contestant clicking the "Submit Entry" button. Any automated computer receipt (such as one confirming delivery of entry) does not constitute proof of actual receipt by Sponsor for purposes of these Official Rules.By submitting any entry, contestant understands and grants permission for his/her entry to be posted on Ziddio.com for viewing by visitors to the web site. In addition to a contestant's video, Sponsor reserves the right to post sample videos onwww.Ziddio.com it has created in connection with the Contest that will enable a contestant to get an idea as to the nature of submissions Sponsor is seeking. These sample videos will not be included in the judging and will not be eligible to receive prizes. Contest Entities are not responsible for any unauthorized third party use of any entry.

By submitting any entry, contestant understands and agrees to participate, at Endemol's sole option, in connection with the production of a potential series ("Production") documenting contestant's participation in the contest and production of the Pilot as and to the extent required by the Endemol on such dates as Endemol shall designate in its sole discretion. Contestant understands and acknowledges that the duration of his/her participation in connection with the competition and Production ("Term") shall be at the sole discretion of Endemol and that Endemol may require contestant to be available for additional appearances and activities, whether for production, post-production, or otherwise. Contestant agrees that his/her participation shall include, but not be limited to, being available for any additional taping or post-production activities (such as voiceovers) that may be needed after the Term, subject to contestants reasonable availability, and meeting and being interviewed from time-to-time by Endemol (collectively, the " Interviews"), as well as personal appearances and other publicity and promotional activities. Contestant agrees to executed and deliver to Sponsor and Endemol, Endemol's standard Participant Agreement which shall set forth the terms and conditions of contestant's participation in the Production.Entry must be the original work of the contestant, must not have been previously published, must not have won previous awards, and must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity. If the entry contains any material or elements that are not owned by the contestant and/or which are subject to the rights of third parties, the contestant is responsible for obtaining, prior to submission of the entry, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the use and exhibition of the entry by Sponsor in the manner set forth in these Official Rules, including, without limitation, name and likeness permissions from any person who appears in or is identifiable in the entry. If any identifiable person appearing in the entry is under the age of majority in his/her state of residence, the parent or legal guardian is required to provide permission. Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of these permissions in a form acceptable to Sponsor from any contestant at any time. By submitting an entry, contestant (or, if an eligible minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) warrants and represents that he/she and any persons appearing or who are identifiable in the entry consent to the submission and use of the entry in the Contest, and to its posting onwww.Ziddio.com in connection with the Contest.Entries must comply with the following content guidelines to be eligible:

* Content cannot be sexually explicit or suggestive, unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group, profane or pornographic, or contain nudity; 

* Content cannot promote alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing), any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any particular political agenda or message;

* Content cannot be obscene or offensive, endorse any form of hate or hate group; 

* Content cannot defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks about other people or companies;

* Content cannot contain trademarks, logos or trade dress (such as distinctive packaging or building exteriors/interiors) owned by others, or advertise or promote any brand or product of any kind, without permission, or contain any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, e-mail addresses or street addresses; 

* Content cannot contain copyrighted materials owned by others (including photographs, sculptures, paintings and other works of art or images published on or in websites, television, movies or other media) without permission;

* Content cannot contain materials embodying the names, likenesses, photographs, or other indicia identifying any person, living or dead, without permission; 

* Content cannot communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which Sponsor wishes to associate; and

* Content cannot depict and cannot itself be in violation of any law or otherwise.Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion.JUDGING: There will be two (2) rounds of judging: (i) Round 1 and (ii) Round 2. Round 1: During the Contest Entry Period, as eligible entries are received they will be posted on Ziddio.com for public rating. Each visitor to the website will have the opportunity to view and rate such entries. All ratings must be received by February 28, 2007 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Visitors will only be allowed to rate each entry once during the Contest Entry Period Ratings generated by script, macro or other automated means or with the intent to impair the integrity of the rating process, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be void. The five (5) top-rated entries, as determined by Sponsor and Endemol in their sole discretion, will advance to Round 2 of the Contest. In the event of a tie, the tied entries will be judged by a panel of qualified judges using the judging criteria below to determine which entries will advance to Round 2. Sponsor reserves the right to advance fewer than five (5) entries to Round 2 if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified entries.Round 2: The top scoring five (5) entries will judged by a panel of TV industry judges; who will determine the winning entry. The entry with the highest score, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be declared the winner.Judging will be based on the following weighted criteria:

1) creativity (25 %)

2) originality (25 %)

3) suitability for reproduction (50 %)

In event of a tie, Winner will be determined based on highest score for creativity. In event of further tie, Winner will be determined based on highest score for originality and, if there is still a tie, based on the highest score for suitability to reproduction. Sponsor reserves the right to not award the prize if, in its sole and absolute discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified entries.
