Biography:

I graduated from Kyrgyz National University in 1994 (Informatics and Applied Mathematics), University of Massachusetts in 2004 (Ed.M.), Currently a Visiting Scholar at NYU by the support of OSI-Soros. My scholarly interests are Attitude Formation and Value Change, Political Culture and Higher Education.
