Biography:

I am currently an Assistant Professor at Sam Houston State University in Texas, USA. With over 15 years of experience in international education and training, I have a particular interest in the role that culture plays in organizational life and relationships. I have been an educational administrator, teacher, trainer, and human resource manager and have lived and worked in Brazil, Colombia, Panama, and many parts of the U.S.A. I welcome opportunities for international collaborative research and inquiry.
