Biography:

Julia W. Ballenger, Ph.D., associate professor and coordinator of the principal preparation program, received her doctoral degree from The University of Texas at Austin, Texas. Dr. Ballenger is currently the first E.J. Campbell Distinguished Professor in the Department of Secondary Education and Educational Leadership.
