Biography:

My name is Nellie Deutsch. I have been integrating technology into my ESL/EFL classrooms since the mid 1990s. I have been involved in collaborative projects and WebQuests for the past 4 years. My first website evolved from a WebQuest. I am currently taking courses for my doctoral studies in educational leadership specializing in curriculum,and instruction online at the University of Phoenix. I am researching instructor use of web 2.0 tools in blended learning environments in higher education. In my free time, I help educators become aware of the value of integrating web 2.0 tools for instruction and learning. I would like to see e-learning available and free worldwide.
