Biographical Information

I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in the College of Arts and Sciences from Mississippi State University, Meridian, MS; a Master of Science in the Department of Educational Leadership and Research of the College of Psychology and Education from the University of Southern Mississippi, Hattiesburg, MS; and a Doctor of Philosophy in the Department of Educational Leadership and Research of the College of Psychology and Education from the University of Southern Mississippi, Hattiesburg, MS. My public school career included teaching middle school language arts and teaching Mississippi’s Technology Preparation Career Discovery at the middle school level. I served as a K-12 district-wide Parent/Community Involvement Coordinator and a K-6 building administrator. Since 2003, I have served as an Assistant Professor at the University of Central Arkansas in the Department of Leadership Studies.
