Our goal: to take Connexions to a critical mass on a global scale.

We intend to achieve this through a multifaceted approach that optimizes the use of:

• a massive commons of high-quality content
• numerous and diverse subject areas
• large, global and grassroots communities of authors, instructors, and students working collaboratively
• grassroots organization
• scalable software and organizational infrastructures to foster collaboration among authors, instructors, and students

We will also launch a sustainable, non-profit “dot-org” when Connexions has grown beyond the bounds of our current institutional home at Rice University.
